It is very difficult for a small business to accept returns. We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or item delivered is wrong. We currently do not have an option for a reverse pick up and you will be responsible for sending the product.
Our refund/return/exchange policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.
- The customer is responsible to ship the product to the address mentioned on the bill. Shipping costs are not refundable. For refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will generate a exchange/refund request once we receive the products and is check by our quality control team.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund as a shopping voucher which can be redeemed for your future purchase on our store.
