We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 business hours to process it for delivery. All products will be delivered in 5-8 days after shipped. You will receive an email with tracking number once the shipment is processed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay and American Express cards. We also accept Net banking, Cash on Delivery and UPI payments in India. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
Currently we accept international payments via Paypal. Please use Paypal for international cards.

It is very difficult for a small business to accept returns. We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or item delivered is wrong. We currently do not have an option for a reverse pick up and you will be responsible for sending the product.
Email us the details with pictures within 3 days to [email protected] We will replace the product once it is received and checked by our quality control team.
We do not accept returns and refund unless it is genuine. Returns and refund should be requested within 3 days of delivery. After receiving the product and checked by us, we will confirm the reason for refund is genuine or not, and we will process the refund as a shopping voucher which can be redeemed for your future purchases.
